Australia Wide Delivery Pot and Posy

This gift can be delivered across Australia!

Your order will be packed and leave our studio in western Sydney by next business day. Delivery times depend on the delivery location.

If you'd like us to send your gift on a particular date, please leave a message in the Notes section in the Checkout. Please note that we cannot guarantee the arrival date.

 

Standard delivery times: 

  • For Sydney Metro: 1-3 business days.
  • Major cities: 2-6 business days.
  • Regional/remote locations: up to 10 business days
 

You will receive an email letting you know your item is in transit.

Parcels are delivered with 'Authority to Leave'. The driver will leave the parcel in a safe place at the premises, or leave a card with instructions for the recipient to rearrange delivery or collect.

Standard Delivery costs are up to $8 for metropolitan areas and $16 for rural and remote areas. 

Express Delivery costs are up to $15 for metropolitan areas and $30 for rural and remote areas

Metro and rural/remote location is determined by the courier company.

A delivery calculator is available on our cart where you can confirm delivery costs before proceeding to the checkout.

Please ensure you've entered the correct address

If the address that is given to us is incorrect, we can only offer a refund or a redelivery if the parcel can be returned to us by the courier.

Redelivery will incur an additional cost which will be calculated at the time of redelivery, based on the size of the parcel and the delivery location.

We can’t deliver to some places

We use a network of couriers to deliver all across Australia. However, drivers can’t deliver to places like:

  • Auction houses
  • Malls or shopping centres
  • Furniture and retail stores
  • Hospitals
  • Military bases
  • Airports

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes either.

We recommended picking a residential or office address.

Alcohol Delivery

Under NSW law, Pot and Posy gift packs containing alcohol

  • cannot be purchased by or delivered to anybody under the age of 18 years
  • cannot be delivered to a person at the location where the gift was purchased
  • can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser
  • must not contain more than two litres of alcohol.

When Pot and Posy or its couriers deliver a gift pack containing alcohol, they may ask for ID to verify that the recipient or person collecting the gift pack is 18 years or over. If they are not satisfied that this person is 18 years or over, the gift pack will not be left and a redelivery will be required – additional delivery fee may be charged. Mrs Nargar & Co Candles

Signature Woodwick Soy Candles by Mrs Nargar & Co are individually hand poured using eco soy wax with a wood wick that gives a long clean burn. Eco soy wax contains no toxins. This promotes a cleaner burn with no nasties.

  • Burn time of 40 hours
  • 200mL jar

Mrs Nargar & Co Diffusers

Mrs Nargar & Co Diffusers offer a light fresh background fragrance, ideal for bathrooms and living areas.

We use a premium quality diffuser base with fragrance oils made here in Australia. Refresh your fragrance once a week by flipping your reeds over, wash your hands after doing this. Be careful not to spill onto a polished furniture surface as it can leave a mark. Avoid contact with skin and wash immediately if you do come in direct contact.

Our glass bottles may be re-used around the home for flowers. Simply wash out in hot soapy water and dry. We do not recommend to re-use for food or drink. If you are unable to re-use, place the clean bottle in the recycling bin.
